Shrink2One: One link for all the links

Sardar Mohkim Khan

image86 Shrink2One: One link for all the linksInserting multiple links in a mail might appear quite annoying both for the sender and recipient. The countless links one sends via instant messengers calls for a method to reduce them all into one single link. May sound ridiculous but Shrink2One is one place on the web that makes it all a possibility.

What it requires you to do is simply put up the number of links in the text box; one link/URL per line and shrink now to reduce them. The site amalgamates all the links together and generates a single link for all. The process and the result is shown in the image below.

User can then send this link via mail or message and other can access the embedded URLs by entering the generated one in the browser. Shrink2One displays all the links along with a snap shot of their homepage. Apart from that users have the advantage of giving a title to the file that is generated as well letting them put a password. Once a user puts a password, only those who have the password will be able to view the URLs that have been collapsed with Shrink2One.

Such services are way better than the current bookmarking as they enable users to put up all their favourite links into one and that can be accessed anytime with ease. Also it helps users with forwarding multiple links at once via text messages that can otherwise take ages to type (one at a time). Thanks to the source I got my eyes at the service.
