SGN’s iPhone games are free and fun to play, that’s why they’re topping the App Store’s app list. iGolf, stands at no. 7, on the top ten apps list, while it’s been downloaded a million times. Whereas the other iBowl app stands at the 8th spot.
These games extensively use the ‘accelerometer’, which controls the game action in-turn providing users with a Wii-like experience. SGN was developed by Google’s engineer Mike Sego and launched last year, has around one million active users per month. Games from Social Gaming Network have attracted more than a billion page views and almost 1.1 million active users from different social networks such as Facebook, Bebo, hi5, etc., visit it every day.
