Sunnyvale, California based secure messaging solution provider Mirapoint has acquired the email archiving appliances provider Intradyn. To date Mirapoint has raised $82 million in the round of VC funding from VC firms such as Worldwide Technology partners, Franklin Templeton, etc. The current amount of the acquisition remains classified.
According to Mirapoint’s CEO, Jeff Witous:
