What appeared to be heading fast for a shutdown; Delver a social search engine has been rescued after Sears acquired it. This would turn Delver into Sears’ R&D center while its CEO Liad Agmon will take charge as Sears’ Holdings as he shifts to Chicago. he development of the search engine will continue as it develops new features and products. The price for which the acquisition has been made remains undisclosed and Delver’s employees will be lucky as they take position in the merger.
