I am sure the entire Twitter team is taking steps to prevent this as obviously its really a huge lesson learned, but it also put them in the spotlight. (even bad publicity is good publicity) Tons of people that had never heard of Twitter have started asking me questions about it, and for more than curiosity reasons. So, who knows, perhaps in the end they will come out stronger and larger. Its pretty sad, but was bound to happen for sure at some point.
