Salesforce.com launched its customer service application on cloud computing called the Service Cloud. The service will be integrated with Google, Facebook and Amazon; meaning that it will provide features that enable social networking, interaction between customers, etc. Salesforce can very well speed up such connectivity with it provides SAAS as well.
