AppleInsider is reporting that iTunes will soon get DRM free music tracks from all major studios similar to what Amazon and Wal-Mart already have. The source of AppleInsider’s report is a story from French publication Electron Libre which says that SonyBMG and Warner tracks would become DRM-free on iTunes, starting December 9. Details about the revenue sharing percentages between Apple and the Music majors have not emerged as yet.
