The biggest problem associated to moving to a new city for any reason is finding a place to stay, which is good and low at cost. While there are a lot of services out there to help you with that and travel agents for traditionalists, RoomAtlas is another startup to help you with that. A mashup to be exact but is better as it lets you search for places if you simply type in the name of the city and shows you the prices and locations of hotels on the map. It isn’t difficult to learn about the price as each is placed right on the tag.
Definitely not a ground breaking idea. But to bee honest it appears far more useful to me than many others, primarily because it sticks to maps and points the places out, unlike many others who have God knows what else associated in a bid to make them more useful. Quite helpful to say the least and I bet frequent travelers will find it the same.
