Ripple6, the social network tool provider has been acquired by Gannet for an amount that has been kept under clouds that is undisclosed. The purpose of this deal is not only limited to bringing in technical services and advances to Gannet but also adding more cash to the revenue it generates and expanding its business using Ripple6’s clients. Craig Dubao Dubow, chairman, president and CEO of Gannet added:
Ripple6 will join our other enterprises in fueling the rapid growth of our digital business, which seeks to apply innovative technology and content solutions to the needs of all our customers. With the Ripple6 platform, we can help users create communities and connect with their friends and family in highly pleasing ways, while providing marketers with innovative advertising opportunities and measurable results

You have misspelled the name of Craig Dubow in your story.
Also just to clear things up, the purchase of Ripple6 is for an undisclosed amount. The phrase “for an amount that has been kept under clouds.” sounds a little mysterious. In reality deals of this type are usually not divulged to the public in the US, so there is nothing unusual with this.
Thank you,
