Despite all the economic downturn  there investors ready to roll out some cash for the cloud. RighScale is one of the lucky ones to have raised $13 million in its second round. The service runs on Amazon’s Elastic Compute Cloud and manages internet applications over it. With another raise in funds it means it isn’t running out of cash anytime soon and with cash not a problem, it can focus more on its expansion. RighScale had recently extended support to GoGrid and RackSpace.
