When one of the most reliable hosting service goes down twice in a week, it means it has got some serious issues that it needs to address and keep its users happy. Rackspace went down once again and took a number of sites with it. Rackspace’s data center in Dallas once again suffered a power outage causing unease, but it didn’t last long enough and Rackspace quickly overcame the issue. No matter if it did overcome the problem at a lightening fast speed the question here is why this is happening so often and both times it was the same issue? It is a great loss of business and puts reliability in question, something which Rackspace has almost always lived up to.
