PopCap Games has acquired Gastronaut Studios strengthening its team with developers of the Xbox Genre. The amount for acquisition remains undisclosed. With this acquisition PopCap Games will be broadening its reach given that Gastronaut develops downloadable games for the Xbox Live Arcade. David Roberts, CEO of PopCap games stated in a release:
