All news from Plurk isn’t a bad one, we reported the micromessaging service being banned in China and also faced downtime this weekend. But it hasn’t used it as a reason to not roll out a new update, earlier today it release real time search. This would enable a user to search for what is being said about a topic at a given moment on Plurk. The service is pretty much like Twitter, the difference being it represents the messages in a horizontal time line and gives an easier way to respond to someone’s message. Launched last year, the service has been gaining up users but that is nothing compared to the gargantuan that Twitter is. This adds to another online service going real time in one or the other, following FriendFeed and YouTube.
