Play Hard Sports, a Foxboro, Mass.-based startup that develops sports focused MMO games, has raised $8 million in second round of funding led by return backer New Enterprise Associates and an undisclosed outside lead. Prior to this round the startup has raised $5 million in the first round and is led by former Tribune CEO Jef Anderson.
