Newton, Mass. based infrastructure company for ISPs, PeerApp, has raised an amount of $8 million in the second round of funding. The round was led by the existing investors Pilot House Ventures, Cedar Fund and Evergreen Venture Partners. The company has previously raised an amount of $3 million in January this year. With this round of funding, the total amount raised by the company so far has reached $11 million.
