Redwood Shores, California based Oracle while making the best use of the current crisis, is making acquisitions. The company has acquired Washington D.C. based RuleBurst Holdings Limited, the parent company of Haley which is a ruler management software provider. The amount of the deal remains classified. The deal won’t bring any technological change in Oracle but it will certainly help the company make use of the user base of Haley. RuleBurst  acquired Haley last year for $13 million.
