Redwood City, Calif.-based One True Media Inc. called down $8 million in a $10 million series B round of funding, which includes $2 million in called convertible notes (according to a regulatory filing). The service lists offering online editing and sharing tools for video and photos. The funding round was joined by DAG Ventures, as well as Kleiner Perkins Caufield & Byers.
