Google really meant it when it talked about taking Gmail Offline and today it concretes it further. The master of almost every trade today announced that Gmail users can attach files to the composed email even if they are offline. Simply enable Offline Gmail and with that done you will b able to pin any file to the email except for images that form the body of the mail and your email makes it to the recipient via the outbox which makes sure your attachments attached to the mail even if your connection with the Web is lost.
The whole strategy is pretty useful, primarily in places where the Internet connections are ridiculously poor and slow. Users will greatly benefit from this as they will be able to make all attachments offline and send them once they are hooked to the net again. There needs to be more in this regard, I mean from others too, why is it almost always Gmail or Google bringing all this?
