Offerpal Media after providing monetization platform for social apps has itself grabbed in $15 million in Series B. The round was led by D.E. Shaw Ventures  with returning backers, InterWest Partners and North Bridge Venture Partners joining in. Anu Shukla, founder and CEO of Offerpal Media stated in a release:
