Free speech? You got to be kidding me, oh why do I sound so undermining? Because there are endless examples where this freedom has been compromised and the current example is the removal of Barrack Obama’s rebirth as Joker, an edited photo that had been uploaded by Firas Alkhateeb on Flickr had been taken down. Why? The reason is copyright infringement issues. Now if I am not wrong I bet there a million photos of Bush that have been photoshopped, God knows how many times. To be honest, the guy was pretty creative to render the Heath Ledger effect on Obama forget about DMCA or whatever there is to safeguard anything close to copyrights. In fact if that has to be done with one such user, I bet all the blogs should be asked to remove the countless pictures they have used to illustrate their ideas. Lousy to say the least and they can go about doing so, the problem is the picture continues to grow and circle on the Web, Flickr or un-Flickr.
