Another sign that the Newspaper is continuing to plunge further down as the advertising revenues shrunk by another $5 billion to come down to $27.8 billion. This is the tenth straight quarter where the print advertising has declined with the latest quarter taking the drop percentage to 18.11%. Is this the worse quarter yet? I bet not as the coming ones will sketch a far worse picture. And I wont be surprised if the old media will some day end up as a museum show piece even if a few people remain optimistic about them.
