New York’s decision to make Amazon pay taxes had been objected upon by the online store, however the NY court has ruled such objections out. The reason why the law sounded absurd was plain that Amazon has no brick and mortar presence in the state that makes it legible to collect taxes from its users in the state. No matter how justified Amazon be, the court has booted the complains. So are we going to see more states adopt the same for various other online retailers? Sounds profitable enough to do so.
