All the restructuring might prove beneficial in one way or the other but it has definitely deprived MySpace of one of its key execs; E.J Hilbert. Why is he important? Because he had been the Director of Security Enforcement and a former Cyber and Counter terrorism Special Agent for the FBI, which explains what made him a very special member of the social network. I think he hasn’t fallen prey to the mass layoffs and might have taken a bow on his own and he has his yet to be launched startup, Online Intelligence to give all the attention to. I agree with Michael that Facebook must make an offer to the guy given the attacks and exploits that the social network has fallen prey to.

For the record, my proposed startup has been integrated into Epic Advertising. Online Intle is now a division of Epic and serves as the compliance, security and anti-abuse team monitoring Epic’s 40K affiliates and advertisers to insure, clean, legal and transparent online advertisement
