Rumors regarding the Microsoft layoff are getting stronger. Over a week ago we reported about the massive layoff rumor of the company. This time Fudzilla is reporting that the software giant is expected to layoff around 15,000 employees, which is 17% of the total workforce. The current number of employees of the company are around 90,000. So far the departments are not confirmed but MSN will have the most impact, according to Fudzilla. Also the layoffs are expected to be occur a week before the Q2 earnings report, which is expected on January 22, 2009.
