Provider of voice activated mobile services, Mobivox enhanced its services platform with CRM over voice. This would further make the service more useful for both service providers and online community partners. In a press release, CEO Peter Diedrich stated:
Mobivox partners can now perform all-important CRM in the course of service delivery, rather than before or after it, by dynamically inserting context-sensitive, unobtrusive messaging into user interactions…. Over time, the platform’s multilingual voice user interface, or VUI, establishes a unique and very cost-effective relationship with the user.
