Mixwit the service that enables users to create and share mix tapes will be closing down next week. Meaning that it will no longer be rolling streaming music, embeds of the mixes you have created, most probably by December 27. The closure had been talked of since last week but registered users began receiving notices today. Earlier a similar service, Muxtape also shut down owing to accusations by RIAA over hosting illegal music.
