mint logo Mint comes out of Beta with more features to offer Mint, a personal finance startup, has finished its Beta phase and has added some new features to its service as well. The features include: investment tracking, 401k management, and more flexible budget sheets. These would provide the user with a one-stop place for an overview on their entire financial portfolio, states CEO Aaron Patzer.

It is mentionable that with the economic slump occurring since the past few weeks, Mint has been getting its highest traffic ever, alongside increasing registrations by 100%. This is of course as users are looking to save money in which way they can.

Mint will soon be upgrading its mobile options as well, adding a new SMS feature in a few weeks, and an iPhone app by the end of the year. Though Mint does not offer making transaction on the site (paying bills or execute trades), making users go elsewhere to move their money around.
