The download and install run smoothly, but the program will not successfully start. The program fails when starting the MS SQL Server (2005), and goes back to the "Start Microsoft Accounting" menu after 31-seconds. i've been unable to locate any tech support for this product, without having to pay $49.00 for it. Perhaps it's better just to bite the bullet and purchase QuickBooks Pro, which has a good track record, AND technical support. i’ve downloaded and installed MOA2009USExp.exe four times from two different sites.
