First Windows now Zune, Microsoft is really having bad times as seems that a random bug is affecting a bunch, if not every, 30GB Zunes.

The problem was escalated via Fan boardsand support forums this morning.  The bug is allegedly stated to be  resetting the Zunes on their own and if rebooted they don’t fully reboot.

I am sure that Microsoft Customer Service will be flooded by calls this Monday as the holidays get over.
