Software giant Microsoft, which owned 150,935,575 Class A common stock in Comcast, has decided to sell 7.3% of its stake. This may be the result of the current economic downfall or may be the software giant is losing interest in the cable operator.
Back in May 2007, Comcast stopped using the on-screen program guide of Microsoft for its digital boxes which were only used in the Washington state. Currently AT&T is the only major TV software client of Microsoft.
