I talked about Steve Ballmer’s email on
“A Platform for the Next Technology Revolution”,
earlier in Part 1 of my review. Here is part 2 of the mail focusing on Microsoft’s focus and change of business strategy based upon cloud computing and online services on it’s SAAS architecture.
What I think is that Microsoft is trying to much, to take upon it’s shoulders and well I believe that it’s now hard time of pinnacle similar to that of IBM in the 1990’s where Sam Palmisano, focused on IBM’s new vision and business strategy “MIDDLEWARE”.

Is this just another elaborate way for Microsoft to keep a track of everyones PC’s, to keep track of licensing and usage information.
