Everyone follows the lead, especially if it lives up to one’s expectations and using Google for search purposes is no exception. But that might hurt if you are its competitor and your own employees use the rival for the job. Microsoft is feeling the same more than half of its US employees resort to using Google to perform searches on the web. I mean why not Microsoft’s own Live Search? I guess the reason is obvious, you use what provides you the with the best result. Microsoft also plans to relaunch its search engine later on, lets hope the relaunch plays a positive role.

Wait–what happened to Microsoft’s “we pay you to search” program??
Employees not eligible?
[Reply]
Well it’s not just employees, I haven’t general users benefiting from that one either…. Microsoft must admit it hasn’t got what it takes to beat Google in the Web game.
