Hotmail updates that Microsoft thought would benefit users, turned out to infuriate them. Seeing the complains Microsoft has at last decided to roll them back. The new ad layout made it virtually impossible for the users to read their mails. It’s obvious that people take time to get rid of what they are used to (reminds me of Facebook), but no matter what, Hotmail still leads the webmail with more than 280 million users.
