San Francisco, California based ad network, Martini Media Network, has raised funding in the first round. The amount was raised from Vernock. The company provide ads on websites that target the rich in categories such as private aircraft, cigar, golf, sailing, etc. The amount of the money raised is yet to be known.
The company looks for traffic to the sites that contain ads through widgets, skins and mobile. The areas where the company is targeting right now contains comparatively less traffic areas.
The company has plans to launch a blog in the coming days in order to provide news and updates to the users, regarding stuff in the related categories. The blog will be called MartiniLife. The current CEO of the company Skip Brand who has just joined the company. He has also served as Chief Revenue Officer at Pudding Media.
