Twingr allows Twitter fans to create their own version of the popular sharing tool. The service, created by Killer Startups, lets you send out 140-character messages to your friends, so it’s pretty much a Twitter version. It lets you follow up on your friends tweets and send them messages directly too. There’s also an addition of a box that lets you paste links without reducing your allotted characters. Though Twingr seems to be an exact copy of Yammer, the difference though lies in Yammer being limited to being a private messaging service, and in Twingr anyone can see and join your group.
