Most of us might have used TuneUp which is an iTunes plugin that corrects wrong or missing song meta data and album art with bonus features. Now the plugin has released a MAC compatible app.

The application is very slick where you just have to drag and drop songs into the side gadget to have their meta tags ‘cleaned up’ or cover art downloaded automatically. Now with the app you can even know which concerts are planned ahead within your area.

Powered by Gracenote, the application is quite reliable in finding you correct meta information for your song. The service costs $12 for an annual subscription or $20 for a lifetime membership.
