Today Yahoo announced a premier rival to Google’s universal search dubbed as Yahoo Glue. in the US. Quite simply a search result page, but the interesting fact about it is with the content on the page.

The page displays content from multiple internet sources such as from Wikipedia, Yahoo Shopping, Yahoo Answers, blog search results (from Google) and YouTube etc etc, giving the reader a wide and diversified range of topics, from news to reviews and updates all on a single platform.

You could look at the picture above, and see that Bill Gates review as shown on Wikipedia, some videos of him, pictures and other content.

It’s interesting that people would adapt this to their daily lives. Seems quite useful for saving time doing multiple queries on the same topic.
