Logitech buys online video communication firm SightSpeed

Logitech LogoSwitzerland based Logitech International, the maker of computer devices such as mouse, has acquired SightSpeed for $30 million. The later is an online video communication firm allowing multiple users to have conferences on the internet. The deal is expected to significantly boost company’s Research and Development, said Logitech’s executive vice president of products group, Junien Labrousse.
