New York based Lifetime Networks has acquired the South Korean gaming startup Roiworld. The announcement was made by the network yesterday. The amount of the agreement is classified. Lifetime Networks has plans to open up a game development studio in Seoul and also make the gaming site available in the U.S. version by next year. The U.S. version is expected to have around 1,000 games targeting women.
