Educational and logical games with fun activities have always helped children learn real world problems quickly and develop their brains. But what about the same feature in online virtual games?
JumpStart
, has launched a public beat of it’s new JumpStart Virtual World
. This is a browser based games needing only a plug-in to be installed at the consumer end. The best part about this game is that, you can monitor your Childs progress as well via a built in feature which analyses your Childs activity accordingly to make stats.
Story Land (for ages 3-5), but Adventure Land (6-8’s) and Futureland (8-10’s) are three segments within the game itself. The game will be opening up in March or April 2009. When finally released, the game will be a Free to try app, but for full version you have to pay a $7.99 monthly subscription fee.
I like the idea because it will give the child a much more needed social interaction to solve game related problems, thus giving them the exposure from the early ears to collaborate with each other.
