KickApps a social media app provider appears busy at expanding its reach far and wide by partnering with various services. It recently partnered with Hearst-Argyle Television which will bring its app to the television networks sites across the nation. Called u-local, the service will be launched across 25 television sites in the coming months as CN reports.
