Twitabit is a newly released app for Twitter, the microblogging company. Twitter has been constantly trapped in to a down service category since last few weeks. It’s true that service really breaks hundreds of addicted hearts and gives a tough time to twitterers by shutting down in famous and major events. Twitter has smartly coped up with its downtime problem by introducing an innovative solution in the form of “twitabit?.
Now Twitter’s downtime will not annoy its users that much as twitabit allows its users to send tweets even when the service is not available. Twitabit works by queuing up all tweets (in a twitter’s downtime phase) and sends all of queued tweets in a due order as soon as the twitter service again manages to stay up (really a smart way to divert people’s attention).
The site is based on a simple and user-friendly interface and it hardly takes seconds to logged in using a twitter account. You can write anything and even can add a link to it! Simple and purposeful it is.
Post your tweets here when twitter is down — and we’ll queue them up and make sure they get delivered.
Twitabit is no doubt a nice app to replace shortcomings of twitter but is twitter making up twitterers mind for the future downtime? Or are they forcing us to quit using twitter as downtime can be considered as a part of twitter’s scalable service. Moreover, the app seems to be effective during the downtimes only.
Whatever the reason is, twitabit will surely help to record and save all tweets in an organized and manageable manner whenever twitter will face bad times.

Very interesting! Way to find a product that will help when Twitter is frustrating people a lot these days. I’ll definitely pass this along.
I wonder what will happen to this when twitter’s up-time will be 99.9%
