Keep a photo log with Dimpls

Sardar Mohkim Khan

Dimpls Ever wondered how it would feel like when you wake up and the first thing you do is take a snap of yours and keep taking pictures as you proceed through the day. Pictures of an event or a sight that made you smile or if someone goes yelling over his scattered papers. Dimpls, a site just launched, is dedicated to sharing pictures of various things from your everyday life.

The entire site is very easy to use, allowing you too upload many pictures at one go, add tags, sort them and various features similar to creating photo albums elsewhere (like Facebook). So all in all the site lets you create a pictorial log of your daily life, call it making yourself public, but there are folks who are enthusiastic about all this and they will do anything to grasp at such features.

Though there are other sites like, Flickr, PhotoBucket that allow you to do the same but what makes Dimpls a bi more fun is that you get paid for your placement of various products. This means the users can add logos to their pictures and make money for every click on their pic(s). And this is what Dimpls says about its Revenue Sharing:

You’ve heard it before - websites making millions of dollars, but none of them are sharing any of it with you. What a bunch of jerks! At Dimpls, things are different. While we’re not making millions of dollars (yet), we plan to share 50% of every dollar with you! That’s right, 50%! Why? Because you’re half the reason why ANY website is successful, and we figured its about time you got your fair share.

Quite right, why shouldn’t those who risk putting their pictures get a share out of the whole lot of bucks other sites make.
