coComment, a conversation tracking service might have itself amalgamated with JS-Kit for reasons related to survival. In terms of cash, both companies don’t have much difference but apparently coComment has flooded out its cash and fearing its death has decided to let JS-Kit bag it in. JS-Kit has been pretty busy in raising funds and acquiring various firms including Haloscan and teaming up with Evite. I think coComment has done the right thing instead of fading away as a service. According to reports JS-Kit may offer coComment’s employees jobs or quietly leave to them looking for one.
