JS-Kit is in talks to acquire CoComment, one of the pioneers in the blog commenting world, according to Alarm Clock. The terms of the deal have not been disclosed till now, however it would most likely be a stock oriented offer considering the fact that JS-Kit only raised $3.6 million in second round of funding last month. The US employees of CoComment, which is headquartered in Switzerland, are being offered jobs at JS-Kit or being laid off without any compensation.
