Accel Partners Jim Breyer is all set to take his seat amongst Dell’s board of Directors. Brayer is already a member in ten boards including Facebook, Wal-Mart and will stand for elections in July’s shareholders’ meeting. A bit of a surprise move, given that Brayer has so far been associated to social networking and media companies, perhaps Dell had him on the board so as to expand the reach of its hardware into Accel invested firms. Whatever the case be, Dell can definitely make use of Breyer’s vast experience of planning and investments, but I guess the main objective is to use his resourceful career to Dell’s advantage.

I recently backed into another car while parking and filed a claim with my insurance company because the person I hit told me that he filed a claim. However he just informed me that he will not be fixing the tiny dent and therefore will not file a claim.
