San Francisco, California based startup Foxmarks has appointed a new CEO, James Joaquin. The startup synchronizes bookmarks and passwords through an add-on on Mozilla’s browser Firefox. Earlier the company has raised $5 million from Redpoint Ventures. With the new signing, the startup will try to enhance its services which includes add-on for other browsers. Foxmarks is backed by Mitch Kapor who is now the company’s chairman.
