If you thought movie 99 cent movie rentals were the lowest you could dream of think again. iTunes has got an offer that every movie lover would love to grab, with its three 99 cent movie rentals of the week. The iTunes has got O Brother, where art thou, Lethal Weapon and As Good As It Gets for the current week. The pricing has been one of the major factors why the iTunes has risen to power, but its pricing schemes have been wavy. Meaning it has put out offers (like pay $10 for TV shows) and then had them removed. I hope Apple plays this one longer.

Renting a car can be a viable solution if you're on a trip to a foreign country and you hate driving all the way there. So if you're a bit more lazy like I am I think renting a car is a good choice. I sincerely believe (although prices are fluctuating) that you shouldn't need that much money to rent a car or inchirieri masini (with the competition and all) but it really depends on what you want to drive. You can't rent a mercedes for 20 $ a day that's for sure but i don't get people who are renting a car for 6 months when they can buy it

When do you think this Real Estate market will go back right side up? Or is it still too early to tell? We are seeing a lot of housing foreclosures in Longwood Florida. What about you? Would love to get your feedback on this.
