Folks in China will not have to wait any longer as Apple signed a deal with China Unicom to bring the iPhone 3G to the region. The people are going to be happy with this but Apple will be even more, given that it will now have access to a larger market and yes we are talking about millions. Why so? Well China has a staggering 700 million mobile phone users. I guess all the hard work and negotiations have finally bore fruit and the announcement is going to be made by tomorrow. The device will cost $365 for an an 8GB version, which includes a two year contract and monthly minimum of $27. I wonder when is the iPhone 3GS coming to the Chinese markets?
