There has been a lot of hype of late associated to Apple Products, especially about the coming of the Verizon iPhone 4 in February as well as the possible announcement of the iPad 2 by April. There is a lot of speculation regarding the iPad 2, primarily associated to the device having dual camera as well as a higher resolution to name a few.

Today 9to5Mac mentioned that the iOS 4.3 Beta 2 confirms the addition of a couple of new features to the second generation of the iPad. The features include:

  • Photo Streams – would enable users to invite their friends to invite their friends to view photos  as they are taken from your device. The photos are uploaded to a service, perhaps in some way to MobileMe.
  • Media Streams – This will be connected to your Find My Friends feature, a feature along the lines of Apple’s Social Network.

There is one interesting details regarding what PhotoStreams can be used for. It states that uploads done via Photo Stream will be stored on MobileMe for 30 days and each of these can be downloaded to all your iOS devices. That is just one part of the story and more proofs have been found associated to new features and hardware changes. These include icons for the Camera, FaceTime as well as the Photo Booth apps. So we will definitely have video calling available on the next generation of the iPad, just like on the iPhone 4 and the iPod Touch.
